Arsenal said they belong to the Premier League football on Monday that Rio Mpaychi Japan midfielder moved to Wigan Athletic for one season on loan.
He moved Mpaychi (19 years) to Arsenal after Arsene Wenger won the admiration of coach Chelsea after a trial period in 2010.
Mpaychi participated in only two games with Arsenal. And set up matches in the League Cup last season before moving the player on loan for four months to Bolton Wanderers.
Mpaychi and played one international match with Japan and the team was to Azerbaijan last May.
